Things to Know

  • Marriage Adventure has been created with the core belief that there is one God and His Word is Truth.  We believe that in order for a marriage to truly be blessed, God must be included.  If at any time this weekend you feel the need to talk to someone about your faith or what it means to be a follower of Christ, one of our leaders will be honored to set aside time just for you, so don't hesitate to ask!
  • The format of this workshop merges teachings and activities (even music reflections) that are all meant to help with the two of you to step into your own"story" and to have purposeful conversations about what you want for your marriage.
  • Marriage Adventure is an EXPERIENTIAL workshop.  There is no need to take notes during sessions unless directed to do so.  We will provide you with all the materials you need.  Although there will be other couples participation, this is not a group activity-based workshop.  In order to provide privacy and comfort, you and your spouse will have your own table and area to work, collaborate, and learn.  You will not be working or processing with other couples.  The two of you are your own small group.
  • Marriage Adventure is a workshop setting with MUCH to cover during our brief time together!  As a result, "Couple Alone Time" is not built into the schedule.  Instead, you will be participating in purposeful connect and communicate activities with each other throughout the training sessions.  NOTE: You will have a longer break on Saturday afternoon outside of the meeting room to complete an assigned connect and communicate activity.
  • While you are taking part in Marriage Adventure, we encourage you to fully step into authenticity with each other...please lean in and trust the process.  Take a chance you may discover something amazing about yourself, your spouse, and even God
  • And last, HAVE FUN and enjoy YOUR adventure! if you need ANYTHING at all, just let us know!
  • The cost is $400 per couple.  This price includes room, all meals, and the seminar.
